Taking a break.

So here's the scoop.

I'm lazy.

I haven't been to the gym in like 2 weeks..

I haven't even really logged on to the WW website for 2 weeks.

I'm still at 37 pounds total loss. (thank goodness my weigh-in day wasn't on saturday.. after three thanksgiving meals, I was up 3 pounds! haha)

I'm just going to call it good until the new year- no more guilt about not losing more than a pound every couple of weeks. I've clearly mastered the skill of maintaining so I'm not too concerned about the holidays.

However, I do intend to start working out again. I miss it.

And that's where I'm at. :o)

  1. I think it's perfectly reasonable to decide to maintain through the holidays.
    Just don't do what I always did in years past and lose your mind completely and find a few extra pounds when you pick up in the New Year.
    That'll be my advice to me too BTW. LOL

  3. I feel like I am in the same boat as you! I am at 33 pounds lost and I just want to make it through the holidays w/o gaining! good luck and wish me luck too!!
